Cheater Pumpkin Cookies

I call these cookies *CHEATERS* because they only requires 2 or possibly 3 ingredients!! Yep, serious!  Super moist and extra speedy fast…
Easiest (and yummiest) Pumpkin Cookies you’ll ever make….

Cheater Pumpkin Cookies 

Pre heat oven 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet and set aside.

1 spice cake mix
1 12 oz can pumpkin
3/4 C Raisins or Chocolate Chips (optional)

In a mixing bowl, put in pumpkin, then add cake mix 1 cup at time, mixing well with each addition. Drop by teaspoon full onto sprayed cookie sheet.  Bake 9-10 minutes or until tops crack.

2 Simple ingredients…. and raisins or chocolate chips
Add Pumpkin and then cake mix 1 cup at a time
Mix well each addition until no lumps
Add Raisins or Chocolate Chips
Drop by teaspoon full onto sprayed cookie sheet
Bake 350 9-10 minutes until tops crack

That’s it!! ALL DONE :) Super easy and no added oils!  You’ll have to try it to believe it but I promise they’re the next best thing to sliced bread (well, almost).

It isn’t fall around our house til we put this mix out…
