Starbucks Spinach and Feta Breakfast Wrap(copycat)

Starbucks Spinach and Feta Breakfast Wrap– I’m completely addicted!  So, after buying ANOTHER wrap last week, I decided to figure out a copycat version : )

I think that Starbucks actually uses more of a flat-out whole grain type wrap but for photography purposes I used a tortilla. If you’ve never had a Starbucks Spinach Wrap then you’re in for a delicious surprise!!

Spinach and Feta Breakfast Wrap

Starbucks Spinach and Feta Breakfast Wrap… copycat is simple to make at home but every bit as yummy as the original!!  Enjoy : D

Thank you for sharing! Have you tried making them in bulk and freezing them for microwaving later? I’m wondering how they would hold up.

You’re totally welcome! I’m sure that making them in bulk and keeping them in the fridge for 5-6 days would totally work… at least I’ve seen them pulled from the fridge and warmed up at Starbucks when I buy them! Freezing may also work but I wonder how well the tortilla would do?? It’s worth a try tho I’m sure :) It’d make a really good quick, out the door breakfast!

I’ve been making these often but they always end up too soggy !
Any way I can counter that ? Is it because I’ve been using cherry tomatoes ?

HI Sarah! I’m thinking that it may help to cook the liquid off the tomatoes for a couple of minutes when you first add them to the pan and that will help reduce any sog. I used roma tomatoes which usually have less liquid than most tomatoes. But, I think that cooking off some of the excess liquid from the cherry tomatoes will do the trick! These are fabulous little wraps though and I’m glad you found me. Stop by again soon :) xoxoxo~ Ruthie

Thank you for this recipe! I tried it then realized I had no idea what to do with the yolks so I added those too :( It still tasted great but may I know what you do to the yolks? Thanks in advance! :)

Hi Vicki. I’m so glad you liked this recipe… I actually make a yolk omelet for my dogs and they are in heaven! If you have no dog… then, I’d suggest buying just the egg whites in the egg section of most stores. It’s only the egg whites and little container last a really long time. Hope that helps, thank you for the comment! xoxoxo~ Ruthie

Thank you for this recipe…I had the same problem with the sogginess as another poster so I decided to use tomato pesto(and obviously drain the spinach better since it releases a ton of liquid). Not only did it solve the problem, it actually tasted a little closer to the Starbucks wrap. Maybe that’s what they use? Hope this helps , but regardless the original posting is DELICIOUS!!!!
