Bread you never thought could come from your oven

Bread you never thought could come from your oven

This is actually one of the first posts I ever wrote AND somehow in the shuffle of my transfer a few months ago, this little post was lost!!   SO, after being asked the other day where it had disappeared to… I pulled it off the other site and brought it back HERE where it belongs!!
Bread you never thought could come from your oven!

Bread you never thought could come from your oven!

This artisan style bread is so simple and so delicious no one will believe it came from your oven!
We discovered this bread fall 2010… we like to go camping and 4-wheeling, naturally you have to take along a dutch oven (or 7 if you are my husband.)  This bread was such a hit that we ran and bought a ceramic dutch oven at Costco and have been baking it constantly ever since!
You’ll be the talk of the town where ever you go with this loaf!!

and Wha-la!

Drew’s sister Cecily and her new husband Robbie loved this bread so much they asked if we would prepare enough loaves for their wedding reception that was in June 2011 … 27 loaves were made over the course of a weekend and frozen for the big day!!

It got fabulous reviews!!  We love this bread… NO kneading necessary!

12 C flour
5 T sea salt
1 T yeast
6 C hot water

In a very large bowl follow the directions above, repeat the baking instructions 4 times. (Keep the saran wrap on the loafs of bread between baking so it won’t dry out)
