BBQ Chicken I received so many compliments on this easy dish last Sunday when we had our family over for yet another birthday celebration
With 7 people in our family we’re having birthday gatherings pretty regularly!! This time was a gathering for Abbie, our second 13 year old… No, they’re not twins!! We’re a step family and both Drew and I just happened to have kids very close in age. Sometimes it makes for interesting moments BUT most of the time it’s just dandy!!
We ate our BBQ Chicken with corn on the cob, watermelon, and green salad! AND who knew such an amazing tasting dish could be that easy!! You’ll LOVE it.
* If you follow my blog… you’ll notice that I’m cutting down on the step by step photo’s. If it’s at all complicated then I’ll throw in pic’s BUT something as easy as this is just seems silly
- 6-8 chicken breast (or 12-14 tenders)
- 1 C 7-up soda
- ½ C soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Combine the last 4 ingredients into a gallon zip lock bag. Add chicken to marinade, coat well, refrigerate 12-18 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and discard. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the middle. Serve.
