Strawberries and Cream is a local tradition around our neck of the woods…
Every year around this time our little town hosts “Strawberry Days” and Strawberries and Cream are a must-have at our fair and rodeo!!
Drew and I took 3 of our kids to the fair last week and our kiddos had a fabulous time riding all the rides… I was only forced onto one ride, which reaffirmed my dislike for those moving things! I’d do Disneyland all day long, but those are just too crazy!!
So the highlight of the night is the long awaited Strawberries and Cream …
My son, Jake, said that I’d need to blog Strawberries and Cream So that’s exactly what I did I figured out this yummy cream recipe and it tastes very similar to what’s served at our little fair. You’ll LOVE it as much as our family does AND the best part is now we can make it any ole’ time!!
Strawberries and Cream are SO good! My family is beyond excited to have this for dessert today!!

- 4 C lowfat milk
- 1 (16oz) light whip topping
